For those who have sent in health form and payment please EMAIL which location you’ve chosen for pickup. You have a choice of 3 pickup locations for the 5 day beginner cleanse. Guilford office near town green, Shoreline Health and Fitness in Clinton or Old Saybrook. Your goody bag will be available for pickup each night after 6:00pm or first thing in the morning. Expect an email with pre-cleanse suggestions to ready your body, mind and household for cleanse week. I am offering cleansers a free hot 90 minute yoga class-details to come. Its going to be a wonderful experience!
