Nourish thyself</p>
<p>Eating well encompasses  physical and soulful nutrition. Choose an abundance of dark leafy greens rich in chlorophyll and water content. This will curb sugar cravings and set you up for success over the holiday season and beyond. Go to a juice bar and delight in a daily green juice or even 2! If you&#8217;re local try the Green Lemonade (ask for Kai&#8217;s version) at Food works. Many factors, (dry heat in house, parties, frantic vibe of holiday drivers etc), point toward the need to drink more filtered water this season. Put a plant in your bedroom, have some Yogi bedtime tea for a sweet slumber and read an uplifting book instead of T.V. Time is precious and your feet need some loving; a quick fix is 30 minutes of  reflexology at a local salon where no appointment is needed. Go for it!</p>
<p>2. Exercise daily</p>
<p>30 minutes of exercise will give you more energy and a brighter outlook than that Venti coffee ever will. The good news is you can do both. We have top notch yoga centers, gyms, fitness classes in our area. To name a few: Bodi-n-motion cardio Pilate&#8217;s, Shoreline Health and Fitness spin classes, Yoga is everywhere on the shoreline. Get into a class, any class and <strong>feel the joy of movement</strong>.</p>
<p>3. Practice gratitude</p>
<p>Wherever we focus our attention the energy will gather and increase. focus on what is working well. Example:I am grateful for my ability to see, hear, touch, taste, speak, a birds song, my child, healthy cells, our home etc etc</p>
<p>You are a spark of divinity.</p>
<p>Living well is a skillful practice. So practice. You are worth the attention and effort in order to live joyfully and well.</p>
