We focus on what works and help you with the most difficult challenges around living well. Health is not an end state but something that’s worked toward each day. I help you build and broaden on those habits that work for your unique chemistry and lifestyle. Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Nourishing Habits are cultivated around life nourishment vs. calorie counting. In order to achieve life-long health and happiness, free your mind of constant calorie monitoring and bring out the body’s natural inclination towards balance. The diet game is over. Based on your needs, I will gradually introduce new and healthful foods and activities into your lifestyle. As you start to feel better, these nourishing habits will remain with you, and destructive habits will fall away.
In becoming healthier, other areas of your life successes, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave the foods and activities that make you feel better and more motivated to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you. Through superior food and lifestyle choices you will be at your best each day.
When we meet for the first session we will discuss your goals and determine how I can help you achieve them. We’ll get started right away with a positive manageable shift in food choices. You will naturally let go of harmful foods as you come to understand their significance in your life.
